Raven Digital Media was founded in 2019 by Dillon Gavin, a performance marketing specialist with hands-on experience across agency, in-house, and independent roles spanning South Africa and international markets.
After years of working inside both large agencies and growing brands, Dillon noticed a consistent problem. Most agencies were optimising for their own outputs: reports, dashboards, activity. Not for the business outcomes their clients actually needed. Raven was built to fix that.
We're a boutique performance agency. Small by design, not by limitation. Every account we touch gets real strategic thinking, not a recycled playbook.
